CADDcare Personalized Education & Support is all about personalized service. caddpower associates offer a broad range of personalized services to assist you in a variety of areas. Personalized CADDcare Education & Support Services can range from consulting with your organization to develop expansion strategies, phone or email support and training on various software applications, planning your next software purchase or project specific professional services.

Experience is the one thing you have, just after you needed it most.

Typically, that experience comes at the cost of wasted time and lost dollars making mistakes or chasing down dead ends as you try to navigate through the maze of possible options for a given problem. Take advantage of the experience associates have in various area so you get through that maze in a timely and cost effective manner.

We can provide lump sum or hourly fee proposals to assist you on an immediate problem or on long term full or part time projects.

How does it work?

You call or email with any range of questions on a variety of topics related to technology or design firm operations or project management and strategic planning.

It's an easy three step process:
1_Purchase time to activate your personalized CADDcare Education & Support account
2_Contact your associate by phone or email (direct contact information is provided)
3_Time is logged against your account for the consultation.

CADDcare process overview:
1_Email Us, telling us a bit about yourself and how we can get a hold of you by telephone for a followup. This gets the process started.

2_We email you specific contact information for voice and email and discuss your particular goals and objectives. This initial consultation is free of charge and allows both parties to get a clear sense on what's required and how to proceed.

3_For hourly CADDcare Eduation & Support Services you purchase an agreed upon number of hours. This time is purchased in advance, in one hour increments, with a one hour minimum at the hourly rate agreed upon in the initial free consultation.

4_Each time you call or email for a consultation, we log the time in one minute increments against your account. There is no preset limit to the number of consultations.

5_All phone calls are initiated by you so there is no unwanted time billed against your account (any long distance phone charges are extra to the fee and appear on your regular phone bill). We also offer online collaboration video conferencing and remote screen sharing.

6_As long as your CADDcare Account is active (has time remaining) you are welcome to use the direct telephone and email address provided when your account was activated. Hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) to 7:30 p.m. MST Mondays through Fridays. Sadly deadlines don't usually respect weekends so you can also contact us from 10:00 a.m. MST to 4:00 p.m. MST on Saturday's. Even we need a bit of time off so officially we're not available Sundays but, just like you, we're prepared to do what it takes to get the job done!

7_Lump sum fees are also available and would be detailed in the initial free consultation.

Onsite Training
With over two decades of hands on experience with PowerDRAW and PowerCADD in the design environment, we're well prepared to help you with onsite speciality or general PowerCADD training and support services. Much like the CADDcare process, getting started is as easy as sending us an Email and we'll provide contact information so you take advantage of a free initial consultation.
